• Abbott Pharmaceutical cut costs of processing of Sales Field reports for around 6000 Medical Sales Reps by almost 65% in eight months by using Sales Automations product. Recently sold the solution to another Pharma company in Baltimore, MD.

Lalit currently serves as a strategic advisor for technology companies in Research Triangle Park Area in NC. Lalit contributed to the business model, strategy, and product plans for the company, and assembled their technology teams.

As a Social Entrepreneur

• President of USINPAC – US India Partnership Acceleration Committee
• President of India 3-2-1 a USA based Think Tank dedicated to overall development of India with honorable embers like Union Minister Suresh Prabhu and Secretary of State for North Carolina Elaine F. Marshall.
• Founded ‘North American Maharashtrian Entrepreneurs (NAME)’ a body of entrepreneurs in North America and conducted conventions in Philadelphia, Toronto and Houston and alternate year min Mumbai, India with Indian Chamber of Commerce. Meetings were presided by Chief Ministers of State of Maharashtra and Industry Secretary.
• Served on National Body of Maharashtrians in North America called BMM as Director.
• Director of Hindu Society of North Carolina.
• Founder member of ‘Marathi International Awards for Films and Theater’ MIFTA which is now taken over for Zee TV Films as an annual award ceremony, a very popular TV program in India.
• Served as Vice President for CHIP-IN Clean and Healthy India Promotion, International.

On the Personal Side

Lalit is based in Research Triangle Park in USA and serves his colleagues and community. For instance:

• He has been associated with the University of North Carolina as a coach in the Executive MBA course for last seven years.
• Lalit was honored by the Town of Morrisville, NC by a special proclamation from the town for his work providing over 80,000 meals to over 30 organizations. He organized vaccinations, blood donation and testing camps during the pandemic period.
• Recently he was accepted as Certified Partner of the Defense Alliance of North Carolina, providing strategic consulting and digital transformation services; and,
• He has founded and served many non-profit organizations and Think Tanks in multiple executive roles

Lalit has passion for Music, Theater and Films.

• Organized dozens of concerts of Bollywood stars and musicians in USA.
• Distributed Indian feature films.
• Pioneered Toronto Marathi Film Festival, Marathi International Films and Theater Awards in Dubai, London.
